The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and developing robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions that meet business needs. This role involves a deep understanding of business requirements, as well as expert knowledge of modern software technologies and architectures. The Solution Architect will work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that implemented solutions are of high quality and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design:
    • Analyze business requirements and design software architectures that meet those requirements.
    • Define design patterns, standards, and best practices for software development.
    • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for solution implementation.
    • Create and maintain software architecture documentation.
  • Development and Supervision:
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the correct implementation of designed solutions.
    • Review code and software architecture to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
    • Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Effectively communicate architecture concepts and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other teams to understand and address business requirements.
    • Participate in meetings and presentations to share knowledge and best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in designing and developing complex software architectures.
  • Expert knowledge of design patterns, architectural principles, and software development best practices.
  • Experience with a variety of technologies and programming languages, such as Java, Python, .NET, etc.
  • Knowledge of microservices architectures, containers, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Experience in agile methodologies.

Desired Additional Skills:

  • Experience in the (where "Agile Dream Team" operates) industry.
  • Relevant certifications in software architecture or cloud technologies.
