Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior iOS Engineer with a deep specialization in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for mobile platforms. This role is designed for a technical leader who excels at navigating complex corporate rulesets, security requirements, and automated delivery at scale. You will be responsible for the architecture, maintenance, and optimization of our mobile deployment ecosystem, ensuring that our development teams can ship high-quality code safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities1. Pipeline Architecture & Automation
  • Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for iOS applications using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Bitrise.
  • Automate complex build processes, including code signing, certificate management, and provisioning profile handling within a restricted corporate environment.
  • Implement advanced caching strategies to optimize build times and resource utilization.
2. Corporate Compliance & Security
  • Integrate static (SAST) and dynamic (DAST) analysis tools into the pipeline to satisfy rigorous corporate security audits.
  • Manage compliance with internal rulesets regarding third-party dependencies, open-source licensing, and data privacy.
  • Ensure all automated deployments adhere to internal governance and change management protocols.
3. Tooling & Infrastructure
  • Maintain and scale macOS-based runner infrastructure (on-premise or cloud-based).
  • Develop custom scripts and internal tools (using Swift, Ruby/Fastlane, or Python) to streamline the developer experience.
  • Standardize build environments to ensure consistency across local machines and CI environments.

Experience

6+ years of professional iOS development experience with a focus on large-scale enterprise apps.

CI/CD Mastery

Expert-level knowledge of Fastlane, Xcodebuild, and modern CI providers (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).

Scripting

Proficiency in Ruby, Bash, or Python for automation and pipeline extensions.

Security

Proven experience working within highly regulated industries (Finance, Health, etc.) with strict corporate rulesets.

Architecture

Strong understanding of modular iOS architectures and how they impact build performance.


Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) for managing build nodes.
  • Familiarity with Bazel or Tuist for managing large-scale Xcode projects.
  • Contributions to open-source mobile DevOps tools.
