About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for our digital health brand. This role will be responsible for shaping how the brand shows up across channels, driving customer acquisition and engagement, and translating business goals into integrated, measurable marketing programs.

This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Digital Health, Sales, Product, Creative, Growth, and Operations to ensure our telehealth offering is clearly differentiated, well-positioned, and driving meaningful impact. The ideal candidate blends strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What you'll doBrand & Marketing Strategy
  • Own the integrated marketing strategy for the telehealth brand, aligned to business objectives and growth targets
  • Define target audiences, positioning, and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the brand’s value proposition
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans that balance brand building with performance outcomes
Integrated Campaign Leadership
  • Lead the planning and execution of cross-channel campaigns spanning email, paid media, onsite experiences, partnerships, and owned channels
  • Translate product launches, feature updates, and clinical offerings into compelling go-to-market plans
  • Ensure campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and optimized across the full customer journey
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with Product and Clinical teams to align marketing strategy with roadmap priorities
  • Collaborate with Creative, Content, and UX teams to deliver high-quality assets and experiences
  • Work with Growth and Analytics teams to inform targeting, measurement, and optimization
Performance & Optimization
  • Define success metrics and KPIs across awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Report and analyze campaign performance and customer insights to inform iteration and optimization
  • Use data to make trade-offs, prioritize initiatives, and continuously improve impact
Operational Excellence
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across initiatives
  • Balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution to ensure consistent delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, scalability, and efficiency over time
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of 6–8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or growth marketing
  • Experience in leading strategy and execution for a consumer-facing telehealth or subscription brand required.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer journey design
  • Ability to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling messaging
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to guide strategy and decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where needed
Compensation, Benefits, & Additional Details:

Health-E Commerce's compensation philosophy is grounded in market data and internal equity to ensure fairness and consistency across the team.  Individuals new to the company should generally expect offers to fall between the entry point and midpoint of the salary range.  Our goal is to provide an offer that supports growth potential within the role and allows for future salary progression.  

  • Compensation: $120,000 - 145,000
  • Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 15%
