About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking Senior Lead Business Execution Consultants to lead initiatives in Corporate Properties Group (CPG).   

These positions will lead and direct the implementation of extensive projects throughout Corporate Properties Group (CPG) utilizing comprehensive, in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding Wells Fargo CPG real estate operations and Wells Fargo risk program requirements such as Risk, Control, Self-Assessment preparation, Issue management, CPG Governance and Compliance.

These positions will act as a key integrator with business partners outside CPG and coordinate global implementation of projects with significant complexity and risk.

Key to these positions is the capability build relationships across departments, facilitate collaboration, and drive consensus to develop effective outcomes. These positions will provide principal senior level strategic consulting services to Corporate Properties Group leaders and customers.

There are three positions: 

  • One Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will lead CPG Governance addressing requirements regarding Legal Entity, Resolution and Recovery Planning and Reg W and will immediately work to define roles and responsibilities and develop playbooks for that work.  Strong mastery of CPG real estate data quality and the operationalization of the collection and maintenance of that data is also included in the scope of immediate focus.  A successful candidate will demonstrate ability to quickly and strategically build relationships across various compliance groups and implement simple, cohesive solutions which address multiple requirements.
  • Second Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will focus on strategic planning, decommissioning and transfer efforts for the primary Real Estate Management Tool (SAP).  This includes all responsibilities associated with a successful outcome (e.g. Program/Initiative planning, schedule management, stakeholder engagement and updates, charters, driving thoughtful solutions, etc.) across Corporate Properties functions and key internal business partners (e.g. Finance, Supply Change, Risk and Compliance Partners, etc.). Strong mastery of CPG real estate data quality and the operationalization of the collection and maintenance of that data is also included in the scope of immediate focus. A successful candidate will demonstrate ability to quickly and strategically build relationships across various user groups dependent on the tool and implement cohesive solutions which address multiple requirements.
  • Third Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will create and lead the activities associated with a large, cross-functional operational change impacting Corporate Properties Group.   This includes all responsibilities associated with a successful outcome (e.g. Program/Initiative planning, schedule management, stakeholder engagement and updates, driving thoughtful solutions, coordinating updates to operational procedures, ensuring that the risk and control landscape is effectively managed throughout the changes, etc.) across Corporate Properties functions and key internal business partners (e.g. Finance, Supply Change, Risk and Compliance Partners, etc.). Strong mastery of CPG real estate data quality and the operationalization of the collection and maintenance of that data is also included in the scope of immediate focus.  A successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional experience with all aspects of a corporate real estate group (e.g. transaction, construction, property, facility management, third-party vendor management, etc.), the ability to quickly and strategically build relationships across leadership and CPG key business partners and implement cohesive solutions which address multiple requirements.

 In these roles, you will:  

  • Define roles and responsibilities and develop playbooks to document the CPG requirements for Legal Entity, Resolution and Recovery Planning and Reg W.
  • Demonstrate strong master CPG real estate data quality and the operationalization of the collection and maintenance of that data.
  • ​Optimize key global real estate management operational processes, including expense management and third-party management.
  • Drive performance and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to business execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of corporate real estate, and business acumen.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale and cross organizational.
  • Lead team meetings or steering committees to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
  • Engage strategically with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses.
  • Provide direction to a cross-functional team using business expertise.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of real estate experience
  • 3+ years of Governance and Compliance experience
  • 3+ years of experience with applying, executing, reviewing controls or assurance with business processes

  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively balance creativity and pragmatism
  • Management consultant experience preferred
  • Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information on complex topics and boil them down to the salient points for different key audience
  • Demonstrated success implementing controls across complex and interdependent processes
  • Use of proven, industry-standard process improvement methodologies
  • Adept at building relationships across departments, facilitating collaboration, and driving consensus to develop effective outcomes
