As a member of the Cloud, Compute & Infrastructure (CCI) team, you will play a key role in advancing strategic technology roadmap initiatives that strengthen our enterprise cloud and hosting capabilities and support enterprise transformation. In this role, you will contribute to the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable solutions, automation frameworks, AI-driven initiatives, and solutions that deliver business outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Job Description:
- Lead AI implementation initiatives to support business and technology transformation
- Drive ubiquitous automation and AI capabilities improving quality, speed to delivery, and operational efficiencies
- Enable end-user self-service capabilities through automation and platform enhancements
- Design and deliver automations that support seamless service provider migrations
- Architect, design, and deploy enterprise cloud, compute, & hosting solutions in support of the business
- Develop product self-service dashboards to provide BU visibility, observability, and self-service
- Enhancing infrastructure capacity, performance, and scalability
- Define, maintain, and advance architectural standards to improve service quality and customer outcomes
- LEAN focus on continuous improvement to ensure the CTO organization delivers secure, high-impact capabilities in partnership with Cyber, business units, and other cross-functional teams.
- Continuously expanding technical expertise through advanced learning and certification opportunities.
Job Details
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, preferably Computer Science or a related discipline. Minimum of 6 months of experience working with platforms such as AWS or Azure Minimum of 3 months of experience in software engineering and DevOps automation. Minimum 6 months of experience delivering projects, preferably technical products or solutions. Graduate of GEV leadership program. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,100.00 and $151,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
