The Technology for the Chief Operating Office Technology organization, provides technology services for the Chief Operating Office. This includes operations, control executives, strategic execution, business continuity and resiliency, data solutions and services, regulatory relations, customer experience, enterprise shared services, supply chain management, and the corporate properties group. TCOO provides technology solutions and manages application portfolios for these groups to support modernization and optimization.
Within COO Technology we are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer responsible for management of the enterprise corporate security technologies. This includes corporate observation and surveillance assets and software, alarm and threat management technologies, and advanced security management technologies. This position will also design, build, enhance, and integrate the technology infrastructure required to support various platforms and Wells Fargo's business portfolio.

This position will also design, build, enhance, and integrate the technology infrastructure required to support various platforms and Wells Fargo's business portfolio.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
- Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
- Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
- Provide corporate security application oversight
- Vulnerability remediation for both application and endpoint hardware
- Maintain change management process for applications
- Drive solutions to reduce recovery
- Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
- Design complex system upgrades
- Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
- Develop a long-range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
- Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience with video surveillance and security alarm systems
- 3+ years of experience with of IP based network implementations including VLANs, VLAN routing, Access Control Lists
- 1+ years of experience with field installation of IP Camera, Network Video Recorder and Alarm Panel hardware
- 1+ years of experience with evaluation and pilot testing of physical security surveillance and monitoring system technologies within a large, distributed enterprise setting
- Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
- Experience with Hanwha and Arecont IP camera solutions including interoperability with the Verint surveillance system.
- Experience with the Verint surveillance system solution including OpCenter, VidCenter and Edge VMS components.
- Experience with Digital Monitoring Products hardware and software solutions for alarm monitoring including DMP Virtual Receivers and Entre
- Experience with Honeywell Mastermind alarm monitoring software
- Strong working knowledge of IP based network implementations including VLANs, VLAN routing, Access Control Lists (ACLs), 802.1x Certificate-based authentication, network switch configuration and POE power settings
