Unleash AI Innovators, Securely

Software is being rewritten in real time. AI agents are starting to write more code than humans do, at a speed no security team has ever had to match, and that single shift is opening up the biggest opportunity our industry has seen in a decade. We're not bracing for it, we're building the company that owns it.

Snyk is building the next generation security platform where security isn't a set of tools people operate. It's a team of security agents working alongside your engineers, finding, fixing, and governing risk at the speed software is now built. These agents work alongside both the company build and the agents they adopt. Security stops being a queue of work waiting for people, and becomes a coordinated workforce companies direct and trust.

Job Summary

Snyk is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant to own post-sales onboarding for our enterprise customers, taking them from signed contract to a working, adopted application security program. You will run multiple implementation engagements at once, partnering directly with development and security leaders to deploy the Snyk platform across their SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. This role sits at the point where technical depth meets project ownership: you are the person a customer trusts to make the rollout land, and the reason their teams keep using Snyk long after go-live.

About the Team

The Customer Solutions team owns the technical success of Snyk's customers after the deal closes, from first onboarding session through full platform adoption. Implementation Consultants work alongside Technical Success, Support, Sales, and Product to turn a customer's security goals into a deployed, measurable program. As Snyk's install base continues to grow, this team is expanding to keep delivering a world-class onboarding experience at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer implementations, from kick-off through closure, including scope, schedule, risk, and outcomes.

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder onboarding engagements simultaneously, setting the plan and driving it to completion with limited oversight.

  • Partner with development and security leaders at customer organizations to design a Snyk rollout that fits their SDLC, CI/CD tooling, and cloud environment.

  • Run project kick-offs, planning sessions, and recurring delivery reviews, keeping stakeholders current on status, dependencies, and risk at every phase.

  • Represent the customer's technical requirements back to Snyk's internal teams, and translate Snyk's platform capabilities into terms a customer's engineering org can act on.

  • Improve and scale Snyk's onboarding practice by building repeatable playbooks, templates, and technical assets other consultants adopt.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to unblock implementations and accelerate time to value.

  • Troubleshoot integration and configuration issues hands-on across source control, CI/CD, container, and cloud environments.

  • Coach customer teams on developer-first security practices so adoption sticks after the engagement ends.

  • Feed patterns from the field back into product and enablement, so recurring friction gets fixed at the source rather than solved one customer at a time.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in technical consulting, professional services, or another customer-facing technical role, including hands-on SaaS software implementation.

  • Working knowledge of the SDLC and modern DevOps methodologies, and a clear view of where security fits into both.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (for example Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes).

  • A track record of running multiple concurrent customer engagements: scoping, sequencing, and delivering them on schedule.

  • The ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to audiences ranging from individual developers to security executives.

  • Genuine interest in application security and conviction that a developer-first approach is the right way to solve it.

  • Consultative aptitude for bringing people, technology, and process together, with strong relationship-building and project management instincts.

  • Working fluency with AI-assisted tools (Claude, Gemini, or similar) and comfort with how AI-generated code is changing what customers need to secure.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, plus an organized and disciplined approach to problem solving.

  • Nice to have: proficiency in a scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or another modern language.

  • Nice to have: prior experience as a solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical account manager for AppSec, CI, or DevSecOps products.

  • Nice to have: a security certification such as CISSP, CSSLP, or CEH.

  • Nice to have: a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential.

  • Nice to have: a Computer Science degree or equivalent programming background, and exposure to enterprise-scale web technologies and microservices.
