Summary

The Senior Implementation Consultant directly interfaces with our customers and partners to deliver solutions within current Workiva products that achieve customer outcomes. This role is focused on documentation, continued learning, and enablement for internal resources as well as our customers and partners. The Senior Implementation Consultant works closely with other internal teams cross-functionally, including project management, customer success, support, solution engineering, and product development.

What You'll Do

  • Leads the delivery of contracted services to customers and partners

  • Performs detailed discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements

  • Creates a solution design that achieves outcomes within the Workiva platform

  • Directly interfaces with customers and partners to deliver standardized solutions

  • Maintains and enhances knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform through a commitment to ongoing training

  • Participates in leading and mentoring peers as well as Associates, assisting with onboarding as needed, and participates in ongoing training efforts.

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

  • 6 years of experience in service delivery roles, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.

  • Bilingual in Portuguese (Business/Executive level)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 years and a Master’s degree

  • Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions and their related technology platforms.

  • Hands-on experience within the Workiva platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred.

  • Consultant level at a services company or public accounting preferred.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to present topics clearly and succinctly

  • Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement

  • Ability to influence and drive change in business processes

  • A strong individual contributor with intellectual curiosity to positively impact the ability to manage multiple services.

  • Enhanced technology knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with any of the following: SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to curate and maintain customer-first relationships

 

Travel Requirements and Working Conditions

  • 25% Travel for customer and internal meetings

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ Salary range in the US: $93,000.00 - $149,000.00

✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
