About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Strategy and Innovation Lead (Senior Lead HR Service Delivery Consultant) to shape the future of HR service delivery. As the Senior HR Strategy and Innovation Lead, you will drive the design and execution of a modern, AI-enabled employee experience. You'll lead cross-functional efforts to simplify how employees access HR services, coordinate enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and ensure strong governance and change management practices are in place.
This is a senior-level individual contributor role with broad influence across HR, IT, and business functions. You'll guide the work of other senior professionals across multiple teams and geographies, serving as the central orchestrator of our HR transformation efforts.
In this role, you will:
Digital Experience & Innovation
  • Lead the development of a unified HR service experience across platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, HR Portal).
  • Champion AI-driven capabilities such as virtual agents, personalized content, and predictive service delivery.
  • Identify and implement system and process enhancements to improve usability, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
Transformation Program Leadership
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide efforts to simplify and unify HR service access, including digital front doors and self-service tools.
  • Prioritize and align work across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and drive consensus across business lines.
Governance & Change Management
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve based on data, feedback, and evolving needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Human Resources operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including strategic program leadership and cross-functional coordination.
  • Proven success in leading transformation initiatives without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of HR technologies (Workday, ServiceNow), digital service delivery, and AI applications. Some implementation experience preferred
  • Expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, change management, and operational metrics.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira and or Confluence)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up 5% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
