About the Role

Are you ready to make an impact as a Senior HR Business Partner in a fast-growing, global, remote-first fintech company? At Zone, you’ll partner with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to deliver people strategies that directly shape business performance, employee engagement, and company culture.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll balance operational execution with strategic influence. You’ll support GTM leadership growth, scale global HR initiatives, and help guide the organization through growth. If you’re passionate about building strong partnerships, making a positive difference, supporting GTM and enabling high-performing teams, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders, providing guidance on TA, people strategy, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Support and implement scalable HR programs across GTM functions in TA, compensation, performance management, learning & development, and culture.
  • Partner with leaders on coaching, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and compliance.
  • Drive engagement, recognition, and retention programs that strengthen company culture and performance.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams on cross-functional initiatives, organizational change efforts, and program rollouts.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure impact, identify opportunities, and deliver insights to GTM senior leadership.
  • Partner and support payroll, compliance, TA, and other HR teams to ensure operational excellence and global scalability.
  • Champion continuous improvement by staying ahead of HR trends, tools, and best practices.

 What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years as an HR Business Partner with broad exposure across employee relations, talent management, learning & development, payroll, and compliance.
  • Experience in high-growth, global environments—ideally SaaS or fintech—and direct support of Sales and Marketing (GTM) teams.
  • Proven expertise in leadership coaching, talent development, and performance management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance partnership and hands-on execution.
  • Global HR knowledge, with demonstrated experience supporting GTM talent acquisition at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decision-making and optimize programs.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while driving consistency and scalability.
