The Fullsteam People Operations team is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our growing team!  You will be responsible for continued optimization and support of Fullsteam’s Workday platform, including working with end users to gather business requirements, troubleshoot systems issues, and perform ongoing configuration and enhancement. You have deep expertise in Workday and other HR systems, and you have a creative problem-solving mentality. We are looking for someone to help take us to the next level in our Workday journey!

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Leverage deep knowledge of Workday, and other systems as assigned, to lead configuration, deployment and continuous improvement of modules, features, or functionality
  • Collaborate closely with HR leadership, business partners, and technical teams to drive the successful design and deployment of solutions, ensuring seamless user adoption.
  • Partner with HR to develop and refine actionable reports and user-friendly dashboards that inform decision-making.
  • Participate in initiatives that integrate Workday with other systems and assists in collection and consults to refine requirements with the HR users and vendors
  • Analyze and recommend enhancements to business processes and other aspects of system configuration to streamline HR operations and optimize efficiency while ensuring data integrity.
  • Lead high-impact HRIS and Workday projects and enhancements, taking full ownership of managing the work, meetings, deadlines and resources to ensure successful completion.
  • Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of Workday configuration decisions, providing detailed analysis when necessary
  • Track issues and risks, communicates status, and escalate to management
  • Provide tier 2 support on HRIS production issues, including liaison with external Workday support partners
  • Participate in Workday upgrade preparation and release activities, including feature review, impact analysis, regression testing, education, and updates to training materials

Skills and Competencies:

  • Deep experience with Workday modules and HR functions
  • Leverages Workday expertise to provide a solution with options
  • Excellent business analysis skills: timeline planning, requirements definition and documentation, test planning, deployment approaches
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of/experience with project management tools
  • Thrive on simultaneously managing multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing environment with minimal supervision
  • Leads in the delivery of HRIS strategies and goals that align with company objectives
  • Knowledge of or experience with agile delivery methodologies preferred

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • A.S / B.S. or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years business experience, preferably in the HR domain
  • 3+ years Workday functional configuration experience, preferably as a Workday consultant certified in one or more of the following areas: HCM, Recruiting, Adv. Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Absence, and/or Time Tracking, US and Canadian Payroll
