We're looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to support our US organization. This is a high-impact, cross-functional IC role that sits at the intersection of people strategy and business execution. You'll partner closely with GTM and Commercial leaders while supporting the full breadth of our US employee base — and you'll do it without a playbook, without waiting for permission, and without defaulting to "the way it's always been done."
You'll report to the Sr. Director, People, based in Israel, and operate as a true peer to the business — equal parts strategic advisor, change agent, and trusted thought partner. This role requires someone who can move fast, read the room, and bring both rigor and humanity to every people challenge.
You will:
Support a fully remote organization of approximately 150 employees across Commercial, G&A, Clinical and cross-functional teams.
Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to US-based people managers and leaders, coaching them through real challenges, not just policy questions.
Proactively identify manager capability gaps and design targeted interventions, not just respond to individual coaching requests.
Navigate complex employee situations with sound judgment and speed — from performance issues and team dynamics to org design and leadership transitions.
In conjunction with our Sr. Manager, Employee Experience, and the broader HRBP team, drive People programs and initiatives across the US —from identifying needs and shaping design, to execution, adoption, and iteration. You bring the business perspective into the room, not just the rollout plan.
Partner with managers through the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, development conversations, performance calibration, coaching moments, and exits. You don't hand them a form; you help them think.
Partner with the broader People team on retention, engagement, and org health — and flag risks before they become a problem.
Use people data to surface org health signals and connect it to recommended action — turnover risk, engagement trends, performance patterns — bring a point of view, not just a report.
Translate People strategy into action at the business level — helping managers and leaders at Viz.ai connect the dots between company direction and their teams.
Use AI tools actively and fluently in your day-to-day — automating repeatable work, accelerating analysis, and building smarter workflows. You should be able to articulate the tangible business impact your AI usage has created.
5–10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Deep experience supporting GTM, Sales, or Commercial organizations — this is the primary lens for this role.
Strong manager coaching capability — you know how to meet a manager where they are, ask the right questions, and actually shift how they lead.
Comfort operating independently with minimal oversight — you bring solutions, not problems.
Strong team player - you will be collaborating and coordinating with a broader People Operations, HRBP and Employee Programs team.
High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to pivot quickly — this role lives in the grey, not in the handbook.
Strong AI fluency — required, not preferred. You should be able to speak concretely about AI tools you use, workflows you've built or automated, and the measurable impact on your work or your business partners' work.
Excellent judgment, communication, and the ability to hold multiple stakeholder perspectives simultaneously.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments where the org chart and the priorities shift frequently.
Experience in health tech, digital health, or medical device organizations — you understand the stakes and the regulatory context.
Background in AI-native or AI-first companies — you've seen what it looks like when AI is embedded into the culture, not just the tools.
Familiarity with US/Israel distributed team dynamics or global workforce complexity.
Experience in facilitation, coaching and leading learning & development sessions.
