About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Service Delivery Consultant to support New Hire Compliance Operations (NHCO), ensuring compliance, regulatory adherence, and operational excellence.
The NHCO team is primarily responsible for US Work Authorization and related activities, and this role will report to the manager of the NHCO team and act as their deputy and team lead.
The NHCO team resides within the Staffing Shared Services function of HR Operations, and the role-holder will also participate in wider functional initiatives and activities as we look to transform the way Wells Fargo onboards new hires.
In this role, you will:
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$87,000.00 - $154,000.00

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Service Delivery Consultant to support New Hire Compliance Operations (NHCO), ensuring compliance, regulatory adherence, and operational excellence.

The NHCO team resides within the Staffing Shared Services function of HR Operations, and the role-holder will also participate in wider functional initiatives and activities as we look to transform the way Wells Fargo onboards new hires.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of 12 professionals located across Arizona, India, and the Philippines.
- Provide team leadership and subject matter expertise to the NHCO team, senior stakeholders and customers.
- Identify, define and lead process improvement and change initiatives within the team and represent the NHCO team in wider organizational initiatives.
- Lead control execution activities for NHCO processes, ensuring consistent adherence to governance frameworks, timely remediation of findings, and continuous improvement of control design and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the wider Staffing Shared Services team on transformation activities, ensuring NHCO are suitably considered and included where appropriate
- Work on internal human resources information systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, onboarding applications, and/or other specialized processes/tools within HR functional areas to assess challenges and improve operational and process efficiency
- Liaise with our contracted vendor to ensure service delivery is sustained at acceptable levels
- Work closely with the business, product and process owners, and participate in analysis, design, and implementation of product and process improvements as well as quality control initiatives
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet functional area, project, or process deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the HR service delivery function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain operational performance analytics that surface drivers of outcomes (volume, quality, productivity, controls), identify leading indicators, and highlight opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction.
- Provides guidance to less experienced team members on NHCO activities, HR products and processes.
- 4+ years of Human Resources operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2 + years in a team leading role with a proven track record in supervising more junior team members, coaching, and driving strong execution, quality and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HR and onboarding platforms such as ServiceNow and Workday, including managing workflows, process management, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment, partnering across regions and time zones to deliver seamless HR services.
- Ability to interpret, develop, and implement guidelines and procedures within areas of responsibility.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to consult and partner effectively with peers, colleagues, and leaders at multiple levels, as well as interact directly with internal customers.
- Demonstrated capability in mentoring, guiding talent development, and supporting hiring efforts for high-performing teams.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
