We are looking for a Senior HR Associate to join our organization. This role requires you to be responsible for the growth of the company and other HR processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and design job description for various profiles.
- Source potential candidates from various channels available online.
- Screen resumes and shortlisting them according to the profile.
- Interview candidates through phone calls or video.
- Prepare logical reasoning and language tests for the preliminary rounds.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Be a consultant for the new employees on board.
- Conduct joining formalities.
- Conduct exit formalities.
- Be responsible for day-to-day HR operations.
