As a key member of the Global Enablement organization, the Senior GTM Technology Enablement and Analysis Manager supports the global revenue team. This role bridges the gap between the Business Technology Team and Field Sales, translating business requirements into effective technological solutions that enhance seller productivity. This individual utilizes their expertise in Revenue Operations and Sales to empower customer-facing Workivians, improving their efficiency and effectiveness through the strategic use of sales technologies and by offering insights into usage trends and optimization opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Develop business cases with Sales Enablement and the Sales team then partner on the strategy and execution plan with Business Systems and Enablement, making it come to life
Operationalize the “how” of how customer-facing teams will utilize the technology to execute their role in the customer engagement lifecycle
Contribute and collaborate on the creation of robust eLearning content related to the Workiva GTM Tech Stack in partnership with our Creative Operations team
Stay apprised of all upcoming functionality by vendor and provide role-based updates to our GTM organization
Develop analysis and insights to how and when our sellers are utilizing the tech stack in support of our Customer Engagement Process and opportunities to optimize our coaching culture to boost seller performance
Lead in the creation and deployment of appropriate instructor led training, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales team
What You Need
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience in sales enablement, revenue operations and/or sales with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 2 years of experience
Salesforce.com Administrator certification
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Salesforce.com CPQ , ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot and Forecasting tools
Experience working in Learning Management and Experience Platforms
Excellent presentation and classroom facilitation skills both in-person and virtual
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced understanding of sales process execution
Ability to speak the language of the IT/Business systems organization and the Sales organization
Familiarity of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how it can be used to enhance training and learning, perform tasks, and support repeatable and scalable processes
Ability to act independently and handle multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously
Ability to influence and collaborate across business functions
Detail-oriented with accomplished organizational/time management skills
Possess clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communication skills
Strong active listening skills
Leverage and interpret data analysis in support of decisions. Provide an objective foundation; uncover patterns and trends; enable accurate predictions; help identify opportunities, and potentially optimize operations and reduce costs
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
How You’ll Be Rewarded
✅ Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
