The Role
We are hiring a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to design and scale onboarding and ongoing enablement programs across the go-to-market organization. This role ensures every new hire builds strong product and GTM fluency from day one and continues developing expertise as our product and market evolve.
You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify enablement gaps, deliver high-impact programs, and drive measurable improvements in ramp time, productivity, and pipeline generation.
Responsibilities
Build and launch a comprehensive onboarding program that all new hires complete within their first two weeks, achieving full completion and strong satisfaction scores
Create and operationalize a GTM enablement strategy that supports continuous learning through structured training, certifications, and ongoing programming
Establish a consistent enablement cadence with a defined training calendar, measurable engagement, and successful certification completion across GTM teams
Partner with GTM and Product teams to assess enablement effectiveness, gather feedback, and translate insights into targeted training and programs
Build strong cross-functional alignment with Product and GTM by incorporating feedback loops and deal analysis to continuously improve enablement impact
Work closely with Product to stay aligned on roadmap, releases, and technical documentation, ensuring all enablement materials remain current and accurate
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to maintain competitive intelligence and ensure clear articulation of differentiation in training materials
Provide regular updates to competitive intelligence and key training materials in partnership with Product Marketing
Serve as the AI lead for the Marketing team by evaluating tools, developing best practices, and delivering training that improves team efficiency and output
Drive adoption of AI tools within Marketing through structured evaluations, documented best practices, and high-impact training sessions
Develop and scale a dedicated BDR onboarding and enablement program that improves ramp time and increases pipeline generation with strong team feedback
Contribute to external content initiatives including blog posts, guides, and webinars, ensuring consistent delivery aligned with marketing priorities and campaign timelines
Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in enablement within a high-growth technology environment
Experience partnering with Sales, BDR, and Customer Success teams to deliver enablement programs
Proven track record of building and launching onboarding programs that drive measurable impact
Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence across multiple teams
Experience working with complex products and technical subject matter
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
Ability to provide structured, actionable feedback and direction
Strong interest in AI tools and emerging technologies, with experience evaluating and implementing tools that improve productivity
Strong writing skills with experience contributing to external-facing content such as blog posts, guides, and thought leadership
Experience building programs for BDR or SDR teams is preferred
