We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building customer-centric products, can further establish our Growth team, and own our product-led growth efforts end-to-end. Partnering with key stakeholders in Marketing, Operations, Sales, Product, and Customer, they’ll work with a talented team of engineers and designers, defining hypotheses, running experiments, and influencing success to scale.

What your day could consist of:

  • Engaging with customers understanding their businesses, and their goals and challenges as they use our product
  • Developing experiments focused on increasing trial conversion, product adoption, or expansion within ActiveCampaign products
  • Prepare recommendations and present findings from experiment data to executive stakeholders
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs that provide insight into the health of the business
  • Measuring ongoing experiments to understand efficacy and determine next iterations
  • Conduct market research, identify industry trends, and provide competitive analysis
  • Incorporating pricing and packaging elements into a self-serve motion
  • Monitoring and reporting on the impact on the business

You are a strong fit if:

  • You’re a product leader with deep domain and passion for the tech landscape, with a deep understanding and background in transactional email
  • You deeply understand building platform capabilities to unlock innovation with API first product capabilities; and balance that with intuition for creating great customer experiences
  • You can gracefully manage ambitious stakeholders' requests and multiple priorities + distill them into the most important things to accomplish + create action plans to deliver
  • You are obsessed with delivering customer value
  • You possess entrepreneurial and ownership spirit and have the ability to thrive with ambiguity and change; and you’re a utility player when the situation calls for it
  • You care about the details that matter and have a passion for great customer experiences
  • You’re a great communicator

What is needed:

  • 5+ years experience in product management (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and measuring B2B and B2C growth experiments
  • Deep understanding of subscription products
  • Strong entrepreneurial and ownership spirit with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Strong business acumen, including building business cases and developing clear hypotheses
  • Strong project management skills
  • Being an intellectually curious learner in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions without perfect information
