SUMMARYWe're looking for a Growth Gen Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. You'll be a generalist marketer who orchestrates our marketing efforts—designing and running experimentation-driven campaigns across the full customer funnel, using data to identify what's working, scale it, and cut what isn't. With the help of AI and a finger on the pulse of rapid shifts in marketing, you'll collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success to improve conversion rates and accelerate pipeline growth. You will be reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing.
Full-time - 100% remote - Location: USA (EST or CT time zones)
This is a remote position, but we cannot hire anybody outside of the USA for this position.
Rasa can not assist with work authorization (visa sponsorship) for this position.
We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to support our mission. We're prioritizing growth marketing to meet ambitious growth targets. We need someone who can bring a rapid-testing, data-driven approach to optimize every stage of the customer journey. As a Growth Gen Marketing Manager, you'll make an impact on your team by:
Campaign orchestration: Design and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns that combine fuel (content, creative, messaging) with engine (distribution and channels) across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid media platforms
AI-powered execution: Use AI tools, workflows, and agents to extend capabilities, improve velocity, and scale output—while maintaining a high quality bar.
Audience-first strategy: Start with a deep understanding of our audience and market. Use insights (powered by AI + human research) to guide positioning, differentiation, and campaign priorities.
Cross-functional connector: Work across product, sales, customer success, and leadership to align on priorities, improve conversion rates, and ensure marketing efforts ladder up to company goals
Focus on high-impact work: Set a strategy and build a roadmap around high-impact programs and campaigns, not around isolated channels and a scattered content ideas
KPIs & efficiency: Owning key growth metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution
You're naturally curious and love finding the signal in the noise—turning data into insights and insights into action
You're excited about using AI and new tools to work smarter, move faster, and drive efficiency—and you can teach and scale these practices across a team
You understand that speed matters - you ship fast, learn quickly, and iterate relentlessly
5–8+ years of experience in B2B startup marketing with a strong foundation in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing and exposure to other subfunctions (product marketing, content, brand)
Track record of designing and running cross-channel campaigns with measurable impact, including experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and marketing automation platforms
Scrappy and adaptable: thrives in ambiguous environments, comfortable rolling up sleeves and experimenting
Collaborative connector who can align product, GTM, and leadership teams around shared goals
Please keep in mind that we are describing the background that would best fit the role. Even if you don’t meet all the requirements, yet you are confident that you are up for the task, we absolutely want to get to know you!
