  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics, activation rates, trial-to-paid conversion, etc.
  • Manage third party activities (webinars, content syndication) for your assigned products and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to maximize each activity's ROI.
  • Support and work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members and contribute to building growth marketing capabilities across the organization

  • Contribute to the daily conversation of how to best execute and measure webinars, emails, and other marketing campaigns.

Values: How will you get it done?

  • Growth Mindset - embrace experimentation, learn from failures, and continuously iterate to find scalable growth levers
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - use analytics and user insights to guide strategy and tactical execution
  • Cross-Functional Leadership - build strong relationships across teams, influence without authority, and demonstrate readiness to lead and develop marketing professionals
  • Customer-Centric Approach - deeply understand user needs and optimize experiences to drive genuine value and satisfaction
