As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will oversee the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel, cross-functional campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention for Backlight products.

Your responsibilities include leading the entire campaign process—aligning messaging and positioning, managing content and distribution, setting budgets, and defining objectives and key results. You’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to prioritize and deliver campaigns that support our awareness and revenue goals.
Success in this role requires a proven ability to manage complex projects across diverse teams and foster strong partnerships to develop impactful, industry-leading marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for key personas and priority product lines.
  • Lead execution of global campaigns across marketing channels, including email, paid social, paid search, sales teams, and more.
  • Oversee the implementation process, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders on objectives and timelines.
  • Manage database optimizations in Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Drive marketing operations projects as necessary
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to set target goals and manage campaign budgets.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance to share with the team and leadership.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and work with partner teams to drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation and campaign marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent communicator, skilled at working across global teams and navigating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple projects across diverse teams while meeting deadlines.
  • Extensive experience with various marketing channels, including events, digital ads, CRM, and social media.

  • Highly collaborative team player known for breaking down silos and fostering team success
