About this role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a focus on direct response design to join our growing in-house creative team. In this role, you will create high-impact marketing assets and advertisements specifically designed to drive measurable results, such as engagement, conversions, and ROI. Your work will directly contribute to our paid social media campaigns and other performance marketing initiatives.

If you're a creative thinker with experience designing high-performing direct response assets, we’d love to hear from you. Key to this role is understanding performance marketing principles, such as value propositions, calls to action, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept  assets that emphasize value propositions, reasons to believe, and calls to action that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

  • Produce compelling, conversion-focused ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as email templates and banner ads.

  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to create data-informed designs, producing and iterating on multiple asset variations for A/B testing to optimize performance.

  • Ensure cohesive, on-brand visual design across all performance marketing campaigns and channels by maintaining and refining visual guidelines for consistency.

What We Offer

  • A chance to be part of a mission-driven company in a rapidly growing industry.

  • A highly experienced team that values autonomy and creativity.

  • Mentorship from experienced leaders in the field.

  • Significant opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement.

Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to balance creative flair with performance-focused design principles.

  • Skilled at storytelling, going beyond aesthetics to create meaningful and impactful designs.

  • Proactive in experimenting with new design strategies and iterating based on data.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, resourceful approach.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
