About the Role

We’re seeking a hybrid Creative Designer / Technologist who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and innovation. You’ll use emerging tools—including AI—to translate complex manufacturing capabilities into clear, engaging digital and physical experiences.

Working across product, engineering, marketing, and UX, you’ll create data-driven visuals, scalable systems, and rapid prototypes that push how digital manufacturing is communicated.

Core Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality design assets across digital and print, ensuring brand consistency
  • Collaborate on integrated campaigns across teams and channels
  • Bridge design and technology to deliver user-centered experiences
  • Translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives
  • Prototype rapidly (interactive, motion, code, print) to test and validate ideas
  • Experiment with AI, generative design, and data visualization
  • Own projects end-to-end, communicating progress and risks clearly
  • Contribute to design systems, templates, and DAM organization
Qualifications
  • Experience in a hybrid design/technology role (digital + print portfolio)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other modern prototyping tools
  • Hands-on use of AI tools for content, image, and motion workflows
  • Strong understanding of design systems and scalable design practices
  • Experience with motion, video, interactive, or code-based design
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

  • Experience with generative/computational design or data visualization
  • Familiarity with AI workflows and automation
  • Background in B2B, tech, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience building or scaling design systems
