Doubtless Pet Insurance Partners (North America) is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to bring our brands to life across digital and print touchpoints. You'll join a collaborative creative team, supporting a portfolio of well-known pet insurance brands, including Figo, ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, AKC Pet Insurance, and Pets Plus Us. This role focuses on developing strategic, engaging, and on-brand creative in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled, strategic designer who combines exceptional visual craft with the ability to solve complex marketing challenges. You thrive in a collaborative environment, bring a strong point of view to creative discussions, and can translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions across multiple brands and channels.
In addition to strong graphic design expertise, you bring experience in motion design, animation, and video content creation, helping bring brands to life through compelling visual storytelling. As a senior member of the team, you'll help elevate creative quality and partner closely with stakeholders to shape impactful customer experiences across both B2C and B2B audiences.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead complex, high-visibility creative projects from concept through execution, managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Support a portfolio of pet insurance brands including Figo, ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, AKC Pet Insurance, and Pets Plus Us across DTC and Partnership marketing channels.
Partner closely with the Creative Director, fellow designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic creative solutions aligned with business objectives.
Serve as a creative leader across assigned brands, ensuring work meets high standards of design excellence, effectiveness, and brand consistency.
Develop strategic visual concepts and campaign creative across digital, print, social, web, email, paid media, and partner marketing channels.
Present creative work to stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale and recommendations.
Mentor and provide feedback to junior and mid-level designers, helping elevate team capabilities and creative quality.
Contribute to the evolution of brand systems, visual identities, and creative best practices across the portfolio.
Translate marketing objectives, customer insights, and brand strategies into compelling visual solutions.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
Strategic creative thinker with a strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, design excellence, and brand stewardship.
Advanced understanding of branding, visual systems, typography, layout, color theory, and multi-channel marketing design.
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Demonstrated experience creating motion graphics, animation, and video content for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Strong understanding of motion design principles including timing, pacing, transitions, storytelling, and animation fundamentals.
Experience creating platform-specific creative for social media, digital advertising, websites, email marketing, and video channels.
Proven ability to lead projects independently and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
Experience presenting and defending creative recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to mentor designers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing creative culture.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, customer experience, and performance-driven creative.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
Positive, collaborative, no-job-too-small attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing complex creative initiatives across multiple brands preferred.
Experience supporting both B2C and B2B marketing efforts preferred.
