We're looking for someone who’s ready to bring bold ideas to life, elevate our digital presence, power our sales team, and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment. You must work from our Charlotte, NC headquarters. You’ll report to the head of marketing and work on our multiple web properties, sales collateral, digital ads, create merch, and oversee video and social content across our entire product portfolio and our pro sports, youth sports audiences and consumer brand audiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Elevate Digital Creative: Develop engaging digital assets, including landing pages, banners, videos, playbooks, and email templates, that make our brand unforgettable.
  • Design Our Digital Presence: Own the design and update our marketing websites and landing pages, ensuring they as dynamic as the leagues, sports and brands we support.
  • Enforce Our Brand: we're building a long-term brand that is continually optimized. Ensuring our entire company is "on-brand" is key to our success.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, product, sponsorship and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and an unbeatable user experience.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of web design and graphic design experience, ideally in a startup or small company environment working on sales decks, websites, landing pages, social media and sales collateral.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint or Google Slides and-user design principles.
  • Strategic Thinking: You’re not just about aesthetics—you design with purpose, driving user engagement and conversions.
  • Team Spirit: You're a team player, collaborative, and also have the discipline to get things done (not an ideal position for perfectionists).
  • Video expoertise - you can setup studios and manage photo and videoshoots. Editing skills are a huge plus.
  • Adaptability: A flexible mindset and the ability to rapidly iterate and manage multiple projects simultaneously. We’re moving fast!
  • B2B Expertise: Bonus points if you’ve worked with software companies and understand the nuances of B2B lead generation.

  •  You’re based in (or are planning to relocate to) Charlotte, NC, and excited to work in person at HQ.
