Job Description

Momentive Software is hiring a Senior Go-To-Market Performance Manager. We need a self-directed, motivated people to help build and implement our world-class enablement program.  This individual will have influence on developing, monitoring, and assessing our onboarding programs for sellers at all levels.  This role will be working with the Director of Go-To-Market Performance to partner with cross-functional teams within the organization to execute on the Go-To-Market strategic plan.  

A Day in the Life

  • Owns global Account Executive ramp plans and empowerment

  • Develop and own Channel Enablement

  • Assist with the development of systematic continuing education for sellers

  • Develop and deploy soft skills enablement 

  • Assists with maintaining collateral within our content management system

  • Serves as Liaison to Channel

  • Construct e-learning courses that are instructionally sound for on-demand consumption

  • Review and update job aids to assist new and existing team members to be more productive 

  • Promote effective coaching techniques aligned with the organization’s adopted strategy

  • Write and present sales enablement recommendations for consumption by GTM leadership 

We are looking for someone who brings

Experience

  • 5+ years of direct Sales Enablement experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Proven facilitator and content writer

  • Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory

  • Experience in a high-tech business environment preferred

  • Sales experience preferred

Technical / Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in basic business systems (Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Salesloft, Articulate 360, and Salesforce a strong plus

  • Proficient understanding of eLearning development principles preferred

  • Strong computer and internet research skills

Other Skills:

  • High energy, self-motivated, positive, outgoing, and personable

  • Proactive and able to relate well with diverse populations at all levels

  • Highly resourceful team player, also effective independently

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
