- Design and build a robust marketing platform that reaches the right audience anywhere, anytime.
- Develop end-to-end solutions spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure components
- Dive fearlessly into unfamiliar territory to solve complex problems with elegant, performant solutions
- Collaborate effectively with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical implementations
- Optimize existing services for improved performance, scalability, and reliability
- Champion best practices for code quality, testing, and observability
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge across the team
- 5+ years of JavaScript and React.js development experience, with expertise in state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.), asynchronous programming patterns, modern React features (Hooks, Suspense, etc.)
- 3+ years of TypeScript development experience, including strong typing practices and patterns and TypeScript in Node.js server environments
- 5+ years of HTML/CSS experience, demonstrating responsive layout implementation, CSS architecture and optimization, and cross-browser compatibility solutions, accessibility compliance (WCAG), Data visualization and charting libraries
- Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworks
- Practical experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design
- Strong DevOps skills including Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and build tooling
- Experience leveraging AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
- Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
