Lazer Crypto is a specialized team within Lazer, comprising more than 20 full stack, web3 native engineers dedicated to building modern dApps and web3 solutions. This team helps founders and growing teams accelerate their product launches across various blockchain ecosystems. Our notable web3 clients include Berachain, Base, Privy, Polymarket, Uniswap, Alchemy, and others. Our team is distributed across North America, combining deep technical expertise with a commitment to being kind, supportive collaborators who build exceptional products.

• 5-8 Years in software development with at least 2 years dedicated to blockchain and crypto projects

• Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable systems using Rust, particularly within the crypto industry

• Experience with Rust-specific Web3 tooling such as reth, ethers, and Solana programming

• Strong proficiency in building full-stack applications, integrating robust infrastructures that support scalable crypto use cases such as DeFi, infrastructure, protocols, and smart contracts

• Experience with indexing and storing blockchain data for full-stack applications

• Passion for crypto and a commitment to creating world-class decentralized application experiences

• An understanding that infrastructure serves real users, with a dedication to enhancing end-user experiences through thoughtful design and implementation

• Strong command of Web3.js, Ethers.js, and fundamental blockchain concepts, with hands-on experience using web3 tools like IPFS, Thirdweb, The Graph, and Alchemy

• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, peer-to-peer networking, and cryptographic principles used in blockchain development

• Experience working with major cloud providers such as AWS and Google Cloud, leveraging cloud storage and containerization to build scalable and resilient architectures

• Deep understanding of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools to ensure reliability and performance

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and loves building not just infrastructure but impactful real-world applications
