We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Front End/Full stack developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our order management system to support trading operations. You will work closely with our development team as well as business team to deliver scalable and efficient solutions in a fast-paced working environment.
What you will do:
- Design, develop, and implement features for the Order Management System (OMS) to support trading operations.
- Collaborate with business and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and adhere to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Working experience in developing and maintaining OMS or trading systems in the financial industry.
- 5+ years of professional working experience
- 3+ years of experience with Angular
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, HTTP
- 3+ years of OOP language experience (e.g., Python, Java or .Net)
- Familiar with non-SQL database. (e.g., MongoDB)
Nice to have:
- Experience with AWS is a big plus.
- Experience with messaging middleware.
- Experience with caching framework.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Knowledge in best practices, but able to balance use of design patterns in real world scenarios.
- Experience of testing platforms and unit tests.
