KUBRA is looking for a talented Sr. Front End Developer to join our Product Engineering Department!


In this role, you'll get the opportunity to build large client-side web applications from scratch. You'll also get the opportunity to use different technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Redux, and AWS Cloud. 


The position offers a hybrid work model for candidates.

What you get to do every day!

  • Build large client-side web applications using standard software patterns and best practices, with an emphasis on JavaScript
  • Architect project workflows and JavaScript frameworks
  • Work on a large application entirely in JavaScript ES6/Typescript
  • Support existing JavaScript code bases with bug fixes or enhancements
  • Collaborate with product architects, program manager, and management on product roadmap and architecture development plans
  • Act as a team lead in communication with project managers, design team and developers
  • Help train and mentor new Front End Developers
  • Other duties as assigned

What skills do you need?

  • 5-7 years of experience working with JavaScript
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
  • Experience in handling production support issues
  • Experience with TypeScript is a bonus
  • React and Redux knowledge preferred
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment
  • Experience documenting software applications
  • Webpack experience preferred
  • Experience writing Javascript tests and experience with Javascript testing Frameworks
  • Experience with a cloud provider (AWS preferred)
  • Leadership experience
