As the Senior FP&A Manager, you'll own revenue forecasting and financial modeling, partner with GTM leaders, and enhance financial reporting and processes.
Superside is hiring a Senior FP&A Manager to own forecasting and strategic financial modeling across our Go-To-Market organization. Reporting to the FP&A Director, you’ll partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to shape revenue strategy, validate growth assumptions, and ensure our plans reflect business reality.
This role matters now because GTM complexity is increasing. We need a data-savvy finance leader who can connect the dots across pipeline, hiring, incentives, and retention, turning ambiguity into clear financial direction.
What you'll be doing
- Own revenue forecasting across New Business, Expansion, and Churn, ensuring accurate MRR modeling and visibility.
- Build and maintain scenario models that inform hiring plans, capacity planning, and investment decisions.
- Partner with GTM leadership to define ROI metrics, profitability targets, and performance tracking frameworks.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Data teams to improve financial reporting accuracy and data accessibility.
- Model and validate sales incentive plans, ramp assumptions, and hiring roadmaps.
- Track and analyze core SaaS KPIs including pipeline conversion, retention, and revenue efficiency.
- Support Business Unit leaders with structured profitability analysis and actionable insights.
- Drive automation and process improvements across reporting, dashboards, and planning workflows.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Professional finance qualification (CA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent).
- 7+ years of experience in finance or FP&A roles within data-rich environments.
- Strong SaaS and GTM metrics knowledge, including MRR dynamics, retention, pipeline, and revenue forecasting.
- Advanced modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Omni) and SQL is a plus.
- Ability to move between detailed analysis and executive-level storytelling.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong prioritization skills and comfort managing competing deadlines.
- Experience in a SaaS company is strongly preferred.
