We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support our corporate Finance Team. This role will work a hybrid schedule out of our Plymouth, MN, Detroit Lakes, MN, Vacaville, CA, Birmingham, AL, Charlotte, NC, Tampa, FL location.

The job:

As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving insight, discipline, and transparency across the business. You will support financial and operational reporting, forecasting, and analysis that enable informed decision-making for senior leadership. You will partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and business leaders to enhance forecasting accuracy, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. More specifically, you will:

  • Maintain and update models and schedules used for the annual budget, rolling forecast and long-range plans
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for executives, lenders, and other stakeholders
  • Provide data and trends related to customers, suppliers, and markets, that further inform the understanding of key trends in the business

The skills, education, and experience you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience developing driver-based forecasts and tracking actuals vs budget
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools. OneStream experience is preferred.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver accurate, timely results
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders

A 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or a related field is required, with a master’s degree being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A are required and experience in manufacturing is a bonus.
