- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Analyze financial performance and prepare variance analyses.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. Serve as a key financial advisor to cross-functional teams.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, assess business performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Lead initiatives to automate and streamline FP&A activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
