Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be part of making that happen.

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support G&A functions and the Incident Response (IR) business. We are looking for a focused financial professional who can combine financial and business acumen with natural curiosity and a willingness to partner with leaders to shape outcomes. This role combines G&A financial partnership with direct P&L ownership for the Incident Response business.

Responsibilities

  • Own planning, forecasting, and monthly close for OPEX, Capital, and Headcount in support of G&A functions (Finance, I.T., Legal, and HR).
  • For IR business, partner with Head of Incident Response to manage the IR P&L and meet margin and revenue goals. Support of the IR business includes maintaining a capacity staffing model, understanding the relationship between IR bookings and revenue, managing IR OPEX and COGS, and tracking KPIs for the IR business.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and function as a trusted financial adviser to establish strategic plans and objectives for the business that drive operational and financial improvements.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis and executive level business commentary for G&A and IR business partners.
  • Partner with business leaders to track headcount, vendor spend, and project-based investments against plan.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience using an enterprise FP&A planning platform and an ERP system (Pigment, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and willingness to use AI to increase efficiency and enhance analysis. Specific experience with Claude or Copilot a plus.
  • Intellectual curiosity focused on the “why” behind financial metrics (i.e., what are the business drivers, not just the numbers).
  • Ability to translate financial information into concise business narratives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
