About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to manage reporting and forecasting CSBB savings accounts – including acquisition and attrition, as well as support for checking accounts.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop reporting and forecasting and provide complex analysis in support of savings accounts.
  • Develop management reporting to track savings account performance trend variances.
  • Develop new management reporting including vintage views across various products.
  • Analyze variance trends across various time periods and scenarios.
  • Understand variances of acquisition by partnering with branch, digital and marketing leadership
  • Partner with Analytics to develop reporting dashboards.
  • Support ongoing strategic initiatives such as forecast transformation efforts, process improvements, etc.
  • Partner with RMG for model execution as well as model governance
  • Support team for checking accounts for reporting, dashboarding, model governance as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, high-output, time sensitive environment.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
