Postman is seeking a results-driven Field and Event Marketing Rockstar who thrives in a fast-paced environment to contribute to pipeline creation, and grow the Postman brand. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Events and Field Marketing, the Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing our hosted, sponsored and partner events strategy.
What You’ll Do- Plan and execute regional field marketing events that generate qualified leads, accelerate sales opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts and develop tailored marketing strategies to engage key prospects
- Manage end to end event logistics including vendor coordination, budgeting, staffing, metrics and data, and on-site execution
- Track and report on event performance metrics and ROI to optimize future marketing activities, partnering with internal sales and MOPs teams to ensure alignment
- Support the development of event content and messaging in collaboration with Product Marketing
- Ability to track data in Salesforce for all marketing activities and leads
- Contribute to quarterly planning and alignment with sales targets and business objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve field marketing processes and tactics
- 8+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in the technology sector
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing events that contribute to pipeline goals
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and budget requirements
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments
- Experience working directly with sales teams to support pipeline generation
- Understanding of the B2B marketing and sales funnel
- Ability to travel approximately 25-30% of the time to support regional events
- A self-starter who can work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Results-driven with a focus on measurable marketing outcomes
- Adaptable and comfortable in a high-growth environment where priorities may shift
- Creative problem-solver who can think on your feet when challenges arise
- Customer-focused with an understanding of how to create valuable experiences
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
