Overview:

This is a target-driven sales role responsible for aggressively sourcing and booking new mortgage loans for the bank. The Senior Executive will be instrumental in meeting monthly sales targets by actively engaging in external sales activities, building strong relationships with key property industry stakeholders, and consistently providing high levels of professional customer service.
 

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Acquisition

  • Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank.

  • Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.

  • Attend developer launches, roadshows, property exhibitions, etc., as and when required.

  • To cross-sell MRTA (Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance) and Credit Cards.
     

Relationship Management & Service

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners including property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, and valuers.

  • Provide good service to each customer.

  • Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.
     

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure the bank’s interest is protected at all times.

  • Comply with bank’s policies, guidelines, and regulations at all times.
     

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Minimum recognized SPM, Diploma Level, or equivalent.
     

  • Experience:

    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

    • Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
       

  • Core Competencies:

    • Strong motivation to achieve sales targets.

    • Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain external business relationships.

    • High level of professionalism and commitment to compliance.

    • Must possess own transport.
