Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5–7+ years supporting senior executives, ideally within a global commercial or sales organization.

  • Medical device or healthcare industry experience is a plus.

  • Experience with travel, expense, and purchasing systems such as Concur and Oracle; Dayforce familiarity is a plus.

  • Exceptional organization, communication, prioritization, and attention to detail.

  • A proactive, service-minded approach with sound judgment, discretion, and the confidence to work with senior leaders.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, remain composed under pressure, and collaborate across the Americas, EMEA/APAC, and China.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support important regional meetings.
