About Bear Robotics: Why Now Is the Time to Join

At Bear Robotics, we’re reshaping the service industry through robotics, empowering restaurants, senior living communities, and hospitality operators with smart, scalable automation. With thousands of robots deployed globally and partnerships spanning Fortune 500 companies to innovative upstarts, we’re at an inflection point.

As Bear Robotics enters its next growth phase, it's expanding its U.S. operations with a focus on restaurants, where its Servi+ robots are already transforming operations. The company is scaling its enterprise sales, forging new partnerships, and developing comprehensive solutions that deliver real ROI, enhanced guest experiences, and improved staff satisfaction. This is an opportune time to join a mission-driven team dedicated to cutting-edge technology, operational excellence, and customer focus, helping industry leaders automate, optimize, and scale.

The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced sales leader to drive enterprise growth in the restaurant vertical. This role is ideal for someone with several years of deep restaurant-industry experience—someone who understands the operational realities, speaks the language of operators, and knows how to win complex, multi-site deals.

As the Senior Enterprise Sales Executive - Restaurants, you’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle—from sourcing and developing new opportunities, to structuring pilots, building ROI models, and negotiating multi-year rollouts. You’ll serve as the quarterback across internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance, TAMs, Ops), and be the face of Bear Robotics to enterprise restaurant customers.

You’ll build and manage a strategic pipeline, influence VP and C-suite stakeholders, and directly shape how we scale with top-tier restaurant brands across the country. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operational understanding and commercial execution—and wants to be part of something purpose-driven and future-shaping: improving operations, elevating guest experiences, and delivering smarter service at scale.

Why It’s Great to Be Here

  • Join a company at an inflection point — you’ll have high visibility and significant impact
  • Work with an ambitious team, in the heart of the restaurant ecosystem, changing how food service works
  • Opportunity for career growth as we move into enterprise and new verticals
  • Join a purpose-driven mission that’s shaping the future—improving operations, delighting guests, and transforming how service works.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process for large restaurant groups (20+ sites) from initial contact to contract to deployment
  • Leverage your experience in restaurant‑industry operations or technology/vendor roles to speak the language of the operator
  • Build business cases, ROI models, and persuasive value narratives that resonate with restaurant leadership
  • Navigate complex organisations, mapping decision‑makers and influencers in large food service chains
  • Drive pipeline, forecast revenue, meet or exceed sales targets and KPI’s for enterprise accounts
  • Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, product, legal, deployment and operations to ensure smooth customer adoption
  • Act as a trusted advisor to restaurant clients — understand their pain points, objectives and partner to deliver solutions that scale

Your Impact

  • As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll drive significant impact by closing 6-10 enterprise deals within your first year, focusing on opportunities that deploy 20 or more robots per deal. Your strategic efforts will contribute to an impressive revenue target of $1.26M–$2.1M in total contract value, powered by our innovative RaaS pricing model.

Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the restaurant industry (leadership, operations, vendor solutions, or technology sales into restaurants)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience (in full sales cycle role: prospecting, outreach, pitching, closing, and expanding).
  • Strong track record of closing enterprise deals (preferably in restaurants, hospitality, or robotics/automation)
  • Excellent executive‑presence, comfortable engaging C‑suite and senior operational leadership in restaurant chains
  • Ability to build credible ROI models and value propositions that align with restaurant business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organisational structures and stakeholder networks
  • Passion for technology, automation, the future of restaurants – and a desire to lead in a fast‑moving environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.

The annual U.S. on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $160,000–$240,000
, which includes both base salary and variable commission components.

Actual compensation will be determined during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, performance history, and geographic location.
