WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS

As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager (f/m/d), you will act as a strategic partner to remberg’s largest and most complex enterprise customers. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across operations, IT, and executive leadership to ensure they realize measurable business value from our intelligent maintenance platform while driving long-term adoption, expansion, and executive alignment.

This position is office-based (hybrid) in Munich.
Full professional proficiency in German (C2 level) is required.

THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE
  • Strategic enterprise account ownership: Own and manage a select portfolio of remberg’s most strategic enterprise customers. Build executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor across multiple business units and locations.

  • Value realization & executive alignment: Define success metrics, align on measurable business outcomes, and regularly demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders. Conduct Executive Business Reviews and drive value-based conversations.

  • Enterprise onboarding & rollout: Lead complex, multi-site and multi-stakeholder implementations. Develop scalable rollout strategies and ensure successful adoption across departments and regions.

  • Growth & expansion strategy: Identify expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts, develop account growth plans, and collaborate closely with Sales to drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

  • Risk management & retention: Proactively identify risks, mitigate churn, and navigate complex stakeholder environments to secure long-term partnerships.

  • Cross-functional leadership: Act as the central interface between customers and internal teams (Product, Sales, Solution Engineering). Advocate for enterprise customer needs and influence product strategy based on structured feedback.

  • Process & playbook development: Contribute to the development of scalable enterprise CS frameworks, playbooks, and best practices as we grow our enterprise segment.

HOW YOU'LL GROW WITH US
  • Proven senior experience: 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, or similar roles - ideally in B2B SaaS, Industrial Tech, or Manufacturing environments.

  • Executive stakeholder management: Strong experience engaging C-level and senior decision-makers. Ability to lead high-impact strategic discussions and business reviews.

  • Strategic & commercial mindset: Strong understanding of customer motivations and business drivers to promote product adoption, identify upselling opportunities, and prevent churn. Comfortable owning revenue retention and growth targets.

  • Complex project management: Experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects in dynamic environments. Ability to bring structure to complexity.

  • Data-driven & outcome-focused: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate product usage and operational data into clear business insights and action plans.

  • Workshop & enablement excellence: Proven experience designing and facilitating executive workshops, strategic roadmap sessions, and enablement programs.

  • Communication skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in German (C2) and English (C1), written and spoken.
