What You’ll Do
As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you’ll work directly with engineering, product, and business teams to:
- Align technology solutions with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Lead modernization efforts, including re-architecting legacy systems, driving cloud and AI adoption, and enabling “as-a-service” platforms.
- Define and evolve architecture standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.
- Support application teams with solution design, integration, and non-functional requirements such as logging, observability, and performance.
- Provide hands-on architecture guidance through design reviews, proof-of-concepts, and implementation support.
- Help rationalize applications and platforms to reduce complexity, optimize cost, and improve scalability.
- Mentor engineers and solution architects to strengthen design quality and technical decision-making.
- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies and define how they can improve our platforms and delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering software solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Strong experience with enterprise architecture patterns, cloud-native platforms, and agile delivery
- Expertise across the SDLC, including solution design, testing, deployment, and operations
- Proven ability to evaluate tools, platforms, and services and select the right fit for the job
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or advanced architecture certification
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Familiarity with TOGAF or similar EA frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and EA tools (e.g., LeanIX)
- Healthcare domain experience (Medicare, Medicaid, Group, Specialty)
- Previous EA experience
Remote/WAH requirements:
- WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
- A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
- Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
- A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
