Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting directly to the VP Enterprise Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding our presence within existing accounts in the pharmaceutical, insurance, and other highly regulated sectors. Your expertise in building relationships and understanding the unique requirements of technical buyers in these industries will be crucial in your role and you will be tasked to:

  • Identify, target, engage, and win new Enterprise customers,
  • Hit sales targets on a quarterly and yearly basis,
  • Own and drive the sales process from initial outreach and engagement, to promoting and demonstrating our technology, driving product trials and leading commercial negotiations to contract closure,
  • Support marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, conferences, and networking events,
  • Work closely with the various sales, marketing, and technical teams to share market feedback and support your sales activities,
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on customer onboarding customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities,
  • Manage sales administration and reporting, including forecasting, CRM, and general account management.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience selling technology products to a range of individuals from the C-suite down to developers, across a range of industries,
  • Business fluency in English,
  • Experience selling subscription-based SaaS commercial offerings,
  • Enterprise Sales experience at a growth-stage startup,
  • Experience engaging with local, international, and global companies,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical topics into concepts that the non-technical can understand,
  • Ability to recognize, respect, appreciate, and adapt to different cultures and styles. 

Nice To Haves

  • Additional language skills, especially French or German,
  • Some background in Computer Science or programming,
  • Experience in selling cybersecurity or privacy products.
