As a Senior Engineering Manager within the Commerce organization, you will lead one of Dropbox’s most business-critical platforms: our internal sales infrastructure. This team owns our Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Billing, and Reseller Portal systems powering the entire managed sales motion from lead creation to deal close to provisioning and revenue recognition.
Impact Areas: You will play a crucial role in areas such as sales process modernization, provisioning architecture, reseller platform development, and operational resilience. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, sales, finance, and customer support driving change that directly impacts Dropbox’s top-line ARR and enterprise growth strategy.

Responsibilities- Own and evolve technical architecture supporting the entire managed sales funnel from lead routing and quoting to provisioning, billing, and revenue operations
- Partner closely with Enterprise Sales, Commercial Strategy & Ops, Finance, and Legal to deliver scalable solutions that enable global growth and reduce operational friction
- Drive results by identifying impactful opportunities and ensuring long-term growth and customer impact

Many teams at Dropbox run Services with on-call rotations, which entails being available for calls during both core and non-core business hours. If a team has an on-call rotation, all engineers on the team are expected to participate in the rotation as part of their employment. Requirements- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics) or equivalent technical experience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in direct management roles.
- Experience managing other Engineering Managers
- Ability to lead hybrid teams with a mix of full time and contract engineers across multiple geographies
- Experience working with or adjacent to CRM, CPQ, Billing, or workflow automation platforms
- Experience supporting Sales, Revenue, or Finance systems at a SaaS company or enterprise software environment
- Background in subscriptions, billing, or payments domains, particularly in systems that handle monetization at scale
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (CRM, CPQ, Billing)
