  • Define success and evaluation criteria, including reproducible workflows and datasets.

  • Lead an applied research and development team focused on agentic AI blueprints.

  • Collaborate with NVIDIA product teams and external partners on these applications, ensuring that we build what is most applicable to a wide audience.

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.

  • 10+ overall years of experience in software engineering or system architecture with a strong focus in Python, C++, or Go Development.

  • 5+ years of experience as a leader/manager of a multi-functional team, providing sustainable professional development, growth, and technical mentorship.

  • Experience leading a team developing in agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Crew.ai, AutoGen, Google ADK).

  • Shown success in developing generative AI or agentic AI applications as proof-of-concept.

  • Self-starter with excellent collaboration skills and a history of working with cross-disciplinary teams, including research and production.

  • Strong desire to work on the cutting edge of technology in a constantly evolving environment while quickly learning and applying new technologies and libraries.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • PhD (or similar) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.

  • Demonstrable success in creating end-to-end AI applications with clear business improvements and metrics.

  • Consistent record architecting agentic applications, including those that use common tool calling capabilities (e.g., MCP).

  • Demonstrated history of contributing and building open-source software projects that address real enterprise challenges.

  • A passion to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
