    What you'll do:
- Ability to leverage deep technical expertise to design and implement robust solutions that meet clients' objectives
 
- Bring niche tech skills and hands-on expertise in solving project-based tech problems. Lead a team of junior developers to enable effective data engineering, data analysis and reporting, leveraging expertise with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, PySpark, DBT and others
 
- Ensure highest quality of deliverables by following architecture/design guidelines, coding best practices, assisting in periodic design/code reviews
 - Desirable to have experience or sufficient know how of emerging/recent technology like knowledge graphs, data mesh, AI/ML, conceptual understanding of data modelling, data management
 
- Hands on experience in building and/or automating data pipeline, orchestration, ingestion processes
 
- Ability to independently run POCs on new technologies and document findings to share with the internal/external audience
 
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges/goals, quality metrics, IT standards and deliver outcomes aligned to client expectations
 
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions with client/project stakeholders
 
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
 - Minimum 4+ relevant industry experience
 
- Deep understanding of engineering principles, ability to solve complex problems, and guide the team in technical decision-making, while staying updated with industry advancements with strong engineering skills with building data pipeline on prominent platforms like Databricks, AWS EMR etc.
 
- Exposure/familiarity with recent developments in platforms like databricks, Snowflake, AWS and/or AI/ML platforms like AWS bedrock, Databricks Mosaic, Google Gemini, Snowflake Cortex
 
- Desirable to have a reasonable domain experience or subject matter expertise that goes beyond typical technology skills, preferably Pharma and life sciences
 
- Should be able to work in an offshore - onshore setting, collaborating with multiple teams including client and ZS stakeholders across multiple time zones, exposure to managing a small team of junior developers, QC their deliverables and coach as per the need
 
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills (maintain strong client relationships, understand client business needs) and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
 
- Experience in designing and delivering quality technical solutions
 
- Desirable to have few industry recognized certifications from accredited vendors like - AWS, GCP, Databricks, Azure Snowflake
 
Additional Skills:
- Ability to quickly adapt new technology and be innovative in creating solutions;
