JOB DUTIES: Develop and implement Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms to enhance sales and marketing efforts.

  • Document current business processes and design system wireframes using process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.

  • Recommend process improvements and system designs for future business processes.

  • Manage ongoing user support requests and automation needs.

  • Perform routine Salesforce platform maintenance and support.

  • Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization, including APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

  • Leverage standard out-of-the-box functionality and create technical specification documents.

  • Utilize Salesforce Lightning and develop custom Lightning components in Aura and LWC.

  • Migrate changes from development through testing to production environments.

  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On.

  • Identify ways to utilize Salesforce to improve business processes and productivity.

  • Support and develop data integration using ETL tools in collaboration with the Data Integration team.

  • Execute projects using Agile Scrum and Agile SaFE methodologies for iterative delivery.

  • Collaborate with the development team in the design, testing, and deployment of changes to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are scalable.

  • Partner with the platform manager to identify, evaluate, and execute projects to meet business and product team goals and requirements.

  • 50% Telecommuting permitted.

REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field (willing to accept a three-year foreign degree) and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a software developer performing technology implementations on a Salesforce platform.

ALTERNATIVELY: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a software developer performing technology implementations on a Salesforce platform.

Applicants must possess demonstrated expertise with the following:

  • Demonstrated Expertise (DE) designing and developing solutions in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms.

  • DE designing and developing API and batch integrations between Salesforce and financial services software applications, using MuleSoft, Informatica, and Amazon Web Services.

  • DE implementing Salesforce customizations using Apex, JavaScript, Lightning framework, Visualforce, REST, and SOAP web services.

  • DE designing and developing Salesforce based infrastructure and features in collaboration with enterprise architecture, data, and integration technology partners.

  • DE using Visual Studio Code, Workbench, GitHub, and Copado for Salesforce to deploy enhancements and changes based on requirements.

  • DE developing Lightning Components within the Salesforce Lightning Design System; and writing custom Lightning Components in Aura.


 

Pay Range:

$156,000 - $ 166,000 per year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
