About the Role:

Motive is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Enablement Program Manager to empower our growing Account Management team, specifically those focused on driving expansion and ensuring customer retention. Reporting to the Director, Enablement Programs, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning programs and resources that equip our Account Managers with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to exceed their goals. This role will involve supporting a globally distributed Account Management team, including sellers located across North America and Pakistan, with a wide range of seller skillsets. You will be a strategic partner to Sales Leadership and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify needs, execute initiatives, and measure the impact of your programs on key business outcomes across all regions.

What You'll Do:

  • Needs Assessment & Strategy: Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and other relevant stakeholders to understand the specific enablement needs of Account Managers focused on expansion and retention. Conduct thorough needs analyses, considering regional nuances and market dynamics, to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
  • Program Design & Development: Design and develop engaging and effective enablement programs utilizing a variety of methodologies, including live and virtual training, e-learning modules, on-demand resources, coaching frameworks, and peer learning initiatives. Tailor content and delivery to the unique challenges and opportunities of expansion and retention selling in different international markets. Consider time zone differences and cultural nuances in program design and scheduling.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Create compelling and relevant enablement content, or curate existing resources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for a global audience. This includes sales playbooks, product updates, competitive intelligence relevant to each region, best practices for upselling and cross-selling, account planning templates adaptable for different regions, and customer success stories from various geographies.
  • Program Delivery & Facilitation: Facilitate engaging and impactful virtual training sessions. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development through interactive exercises, role-playing, and real-world scenarios relevant to the sellers' specific markets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Product Marketing on product messaging and updates relevant to each region. Act as a central point of contact for enablement initiatives related to Account Management across all regions.
  • Program Management & Execution: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement programs, including planning, clear documentation of project plans, and clear communication. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders across all regions to continuously evaluate and improve enablement programs for a global audience. Stay up-to-date on the latest sales methodologies, international business best practices, and learning technologies relevant to a global salesforce.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with Account Managers, Sales Leadership, and other stakeholders regarding enablement initiatives, program updates, and resources. Foster a culture of continuous learning across the global Account Management team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales enablement  or a related role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering scaled enablement programs to a large and diverse sales audience. 
  • Proven track record of strong program management skills, including documentation, planning, execution, and measurement of enablement initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Thrives off the opportunity to take vague ideas and build enablement programs from the ground up.
  • Experience working with sales teams specifically accountable for expansion and retention is a plus. Previous experience as an Account Manager preferred.  
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger Sale, Force Management, Solution Selling, or Value Selling in international contexts.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools used by global teams.
  • Located near one of our sales hubs in Nashville or Austin preferred

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:

United States

$126,000$189,000 USD
