Join our team to build and drive excellence across the revenue organization to meet our 2025 vision & goals. This opportunity is to impact our global revenue organization by developing and executing enablement programs for Pluralsight.

What you’ll do:

  • Active role in supporting projects tied to Revenue objectives for 2025

  • Design and execute end-to-end revenue enablement initiatives and programs

  • Alignment and engagement with stakeholders to capture the current needs for development

  • Engage in the Global Revenue Onboarding program to positively impact ramp time for newly hired revenue individuals

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enablement

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in digital tools - Google Slides, PowerPoint, Slack, Gmail, Highspot or other enablement platforms

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global virtual team environment

  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently

  • A creative and detail-oriented approach to content and resource development

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 6 years of related or equivalent experience; or 4+ years with an advanced degree.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. The annual US base salary range for this role is $104,100- $128,600 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
