The opportunity
Unity’s Games business is the foundation of our company, serving as the backbone of our real-time 3D leadership. As our Games and Entertainment GTM teams continue to grow in complexity, we are strengthening our enablement capabilities to ensure our Sales organization is equipped with the clarity, consistency, and operational excellence needed to win in a dynamic and competitive market.

We are seeking a Senior Enablement GTM Consultant, Games & Entertainment to design, deliver, and scale holistic enablement program(s) that elevate performance across our global Sales organization. In this role, you will work closely with the CRO and VP of Games, Sales leadership, and cross-functional GTM partners to understand organizational needs, define targeted enablement strategies, and execute a structured roadmap that accelerates impact and strengthens execution.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and field excellence, combining program design, content development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure our Games and Entertainment teams are aligned, informed, and equipped to achieve their goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and manage the Games & Entertainment enablement strategy, including needs assessment, quarterly roadmap creation, stakeholder alignment, and clear communication across Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Design and deliver high-impact enablement programs using a mix of self-developed content, internal SMEs, cross-functional enablement resources, and licensed third-party training, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance for all Games & Entertainment Sales roles.
  • Improve onboarding and everboarding experiences by building and maintaining role-specific learning paths that integrate with Unity’s broader GTM onboarding programs and stay current with product, process, and GTM updates.
  • Drive strong cross-functional collaboration with GTM Enablement teams (CSOps, Industry, Channel) and Games leadership to align training, adapt content for Sales audiences, and ensure programs are sequenced and scalable across all partner-facing roles.
  • Lead communications, reporting, and enablement operations, including roadmap publication, training updates, content management, participation tracking, and performance insights that help Sales and GTM leaders understand adoption and impact.

What we're looking for

  • Proven enablement experience with 3–5+ years in program management, ideally in SaaS or tech, designing and delivering programs that improve team readiness, skill development, and operational execution.
  • Cross-functional influence and collaboration, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams, aligning stakeholders across regions, functions, and leadership levels.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and delivering clarity and impact amid ambiguity.
  • Operational and program execution expertise, including mapping workflows, designing role-based training or certification programs, and implementing coaching programs aligned with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).
  • Ability to translate strategy into action, rapidly understanding GTM objectives and delivering enablement programs that scale, drive adoption, and support measurable improvements in performance.

You might also have

  • Background in Gaming or Entertainment industries, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these markets.
  • Hands-on experience with enablement and sales tools, such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Jira, WorkRamp, Mindtickle, or Highspot, and leveraging these tools to improve workflows and adoption.
  • Experience designing and managing role-based certification, readiness assessments, or onboarding programs, ensuring consistent skill development and knowledge retention.
  • Strong instructional design and content creation skills, using tools like Articulate, Rise, or Camtasia to develop scalable, high-impact learning experiences.
  • Interest in innovation and emerging technologies, including AI applications, process improvements, and thought leadership to transform enablement into a strategic driver of performance.
