Job Description
Responsible for the design & development of highly-sophisticated communication products for professional and mission critical markets in the commercial, government and industrial segments.
Utilize Modeling & Simulation Software to create and evaluate designs, including RF simulation in ADS/CST and Digital Signal Integrity simulation in Mentor Graphics and Cadence SI tool, prior to releasing the PCB layout Gerber for fabrication.
Work with a team of highly-qualified engineers to generate innovative ideas and design communication systems that meet customer requirements.
Engineers will be working on sub-circuits that consist of RF, Connectivity, LTE, digital controller, power and audio circuits.
RF sub-circuits involve receivers, transmitters, VCOs, amplifiers, filters and mixers circuit; while digital and controller sub-circuits include microcontroller, logics and LCD circuits. As for power, audio and signaling circuits, it consists of batteries, voltage regulators, audio amplifiers, filters, speakers and microphones.
Training will be provided where necessary.
Basic Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Communication Engineering, or related disciplines.
Must know how to utilize RF equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, power supplies and multi-meters.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Bluetooth/ Wi-Fi/GPS/LTE related fields will be an added advantage.
Simulation experience in ADS/PSPICE/SI tool will be an added advantage
