The Early Career Recruiter at Atlassian focuses on managing campus recruiting, guiding candidates, and enhancing the company's brand as an employer of choice, leveraging expertise to drive innovative outcomes in hiring.
Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
The Atlassian Early Careers team continues to evolve and innovate, shaping the future of our organization through hiring the right people to advance our cause and that of every team! At Atlassian, you'll get to develop new initiatives and roll out global programs internally, and work on programs to continue to evolve our hiring approach. If you're someone who wants to push the boundaries on how campus recruiting is currently done, this role will create opportunities to flex that mindset.
